How to prepare it
In a Pan – In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and cook the previously thawed Nordic cod flowers for 7 minutes over medium heat, turning them from time to time. You can cook the cod flowers from frozen by doubling the cooking time (about 15 minutes).
In the Oven – Arrange the previously thawed Nordic cod flowers on a baking tray with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and cook for 20 minutes.
