  1. In a bowl, place the swordfish and cover it with soy sauce, then let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

    Next, take the swordfish and coat it in poppy seeds, pressing firmly on all sides.

    Cook the swordfish steak in a very hot non-stick pan for two and a half minutes per side.

    Slice into approximately 1 cm thick slices and serve immediately.
