- one defrosted salmon fillet
- half an untreated lemon, sliced
- a handful of pink peppercorns
- a few stalks of chives
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil

- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the salmon fillet in the center.
- Add a few lemon slices, sprinkle with freshly chopped chives, some pink peppercorns, and a pinch of salt.
- Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

- Bake in a fan oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes.
