Store at a temperature not exceeding –18°C. Defrost in the refrigerator or under cold running water. Once defrosted, the product must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Cook before consuming.

How to prepare it
In a Pan – In a non-stick pan add a spoonful of olive oil and cook the previously defrosted John Dory fillet over medium heat with a lid for 7 minutes, taking care to turn it from time to time.
In the Oven – Place the previously defrosted John Dory fillet on a baking tray with baking paper. Cook in a preheated fan oven at 200°C for 16 minutes (plus an additional 3 minutes in grill mode) depending on the preferred degree of cooking.
