Keep at a temperature not exceeding – 18°C. Defrost in the refrigerator or under cold running water. Once defrosted, the product must be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Consume after cooking.

How to prepare it
In a Pan – In a non-stick pan, add a spoonful of olive oil and cook the previously defrosted salmon fillet over medium heat with a lid for 18 minutes, taking care to turn it from time to time.
In the Oven – Place the previously defrosted salmon fillet on a baking tray with baking paper. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes depending on the preferred level of cooking.
Season to taste.
