Ingredients

    • Already defrosted Tuna Steak
    • One tablespoon of poppy seeds
    • One tablespoon of breadcrumbs
    • A handful of shelled pistachios
    • 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
    • Extra virgin olive oil.

  1. Chop the pistachios and sun-dried tomatoes, removing excess oil, and place them in a bowl with poppy seeds and breadcrumbs.

    Coat the tuna steak in the breading, pressing firmly on all sides, and cook it in a very hot non-stick pan for 1 to 1 and a half minutes per side, depending on the desired level of doneness.
