Tuna Tataki with Teriyaki and Sesame
Tuna Tataki with teriyaki and sesame is an elegant, modern interpretation of raw fish: the tuna is seared on the outside while remaining tender and pink at the center, then enriched with an intense teriyaki glaze and topped with toasted sesame seeds.

In a bowl, place the tuna and cover it with teriyaki sauce, then let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
Next, take the tuna steak and coat it in sesame seeds, pressing firmly on all sides.
Cook the tuna steak in a very hot non-stick pan, cooking it for 30-60 seconds per side, depending on the desired level of doneness.
Slice into approximately 1 cm thick slices and serve immediately.
