Ingredients

      • One already defrosted San Pietro fish fillet
      • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
      • 1 teaspoon of dried chili pepper
      • 1 teaspoon of whole green peppercorns
      • 1 clove of garlic
      • Salt to taste
      • Fresh basil leaves

Preparation

    • In a preheated non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil with whole peppercorns, chili pepper, and a clove of garlic until golden.
    • Place the John Dory fillet, previously defrosted and salted, and cook over medium heat, turning it frequently, for about 6 minutes.
    • Once cooked, add coarsely chopped basil leaves and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
    • Plate the fish, garnish with two whole basil leaves and chili flakes, and serve immediately.
